均源RBA商業聯盟準則
本公司承諾遵循責任商業聯盟(RBA)行為準則,善盡保障員工人權及企業社會責任。藉由這套標準將社會、環境和道德責任落實並整合至供應鏈,達到企業永續發展之目標。
The company promises to abide by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) code of conduct to fully protect the human rights of employees and corporate social responsibility. With this set of standards, social environmental and moral responsibilities are implemented and integrating into the supplier chain to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the enterprise.
 
 
2-1 自由選擇職業 Free choice of occupation
嚴禁使用包括非自願性與剝削性監獄囚工、契約限制勞動、抵債勞動、奴役勞動、人口販運,禁止使用童工,且禁止像工作者扣押證件。
The use of involuntary and exploitative prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, slave labor, human trafficking, banning the use of child labor,and the seizure of documents from workers is strictly prohibited.
 
2-2 健康安全 Health and Safety
致力為員工提供一個健康與安全的工作環境,降低工作中的危害隱患。並參與者應暸解持續的員工投入和教育對於發現和解決工作場所中的簡康與安全問題至關重要。
Committed to provide employees with a healthy and safe working environment and reduce hidden dangers at work. Participants also recognize that ongoing worker input and education is essential to identifying and solving health and safety issues in the workplace.
 
2-3職業風險控制 Occupational risk control
提供員工合適的安全訓練、防護用具,評估公司內工作危害之風險,並建立緊急應變計畫因應災害。
Provide employees with appropriate safety training and protective equipment, assess the risk of work hazards in the company, and establish an emergency response plan to deal with disasters.
 
2-4法規符合與風險管理 Regulatory compliance and risk management
定期檢視並確認符合企業永續發展之相關法規,並定期進行風險管理活動,有效降低風險事件。
Regularly inspect and confirm compliance with relevant laws and regulations on sustainable development of enterprises, and regularly carry out risk management activities to effectively reduce risk events.
 
2-5誠信經營與無不正當利益 Integrity management and no improper interest
遵守最高標準的道德要求,廉潔經營禁止提供或接受賄賂。並依行業慣例公開商業資訊,保護智慧財產與利害關係人隱私。
Abide by the highest standards of ethics requirements, honest business  and bribes is prohibited .Disclose business information in accordance with industry practices,  and protect the privacy of intellectual property and stakeholders.
